Belgravia Ace: Landed Living Around a 50m Pool

In the quiet streets of Seletar Hills, off Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5, Belgravia Ace completes the Belgravia collection with a final estate of freehold semi-detached and terrace houses. The houses are finished: the estate has obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit.

The houses

Each house runs from about 3,649 to 4,370 sq ft, with five bedrooms, a study, a household shelter and a private home lift. The developer is Fairview Developments, part of Tong Eng Group.

Shared gardens

About 40% of the site is left to the residents in common: a 50m lap pool between the rows, a family pool, a two-storey clubhouse with a gym and a function room, a playground and eight themed garden zones.

The neighbourhood

Seletar Hills is a landed enclave of low streets and old trees. Rosyth School is within 2 km, Lower Seletar Reservoir is close by, and the CBD is about 21 minutes by car. Cross Island Line Phase 1 is targeted for 2030.

Viewings of the finished houses are by appointment.

Updates will be posted at Belgravia Ace. Our two-page fact sheet is here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ncAkCqriEchmmAhoOzxM4QYDjO6lc7xi/view?usp=sharing
